Service Description
When setting up the meet and greet appointment we let you know about the extra services we provide, documents for you to fill out if you're interested in coming on board with our personalized services. This service is provided once per day.
Cancellation Policy
• Refunds will be available at the sole discretion of FPS. • Invoices will be issued upon service completion, and I will settle them within 7 days of issue. • I will notify FPS when I have returned safely, and pets are in your care. • Pets will not be walked in weather over 30-degrees, hail, heavy rain, lighting, thunder, smoke, storms. If this occurs, the walking session will be changed to a home visit • 24 hours’ notice is required is service needs to be cancelled for dog walking. Pet Sitting/minding at least a week’s notice. A service fee applies if not done before hand.
